Divine poops every 3-5 days?
Every morning like clockwork, quick and efficient
Man, mine would be painful, 45 minutes, and a total nightmare if I didn't get some fiber.
some people are lucky that way. I also needed fiber to get to perfection.
Almond flour is divine.
