I've been having issues with long node initialization preventing what should be quick payment, and attempted troubleshooting of that resulted in my finding of either a bug or security feature in the app where I got booted back to the startup screen after removing a PIN I had (I still had biometrics enabled).

THAT led to me having to force close my Lightning channel by reinstalling ZEUS. Self-custody is fun. :^)

There’s a time trade off if you want privacy but we’re working on faster solutions if you don’t mind it in future releases

I'm looking forward to see how ZEUS improves itself, while also acknowledging that the node issues are primarily to blame on LND.

Having to take a loss AND wait for my Lightning funds to return on-chain, however, is never fun.
