Thinking about how the people of 2140 will likely care very little that the last Bitcoin has been mined. An event we speculate a lot about now, will likely feel about as hype as hearing about the anniversary of the discovery of electricity. Some won’t give it a second thought, some will think about their life without it, appreciate the invention for a moment and then go back to taking it for granted.
