There's a case in Missouri where one of these Chinese hog farms had allowed cracks to form in the concrete and 10s of thousands of gallons of the pig effluent to flow into and pollute the ground water and they ended up with a fine equivalent to a single days worth of profits.

I can't eat commercial pork any more. I always get a headache. I stick to my local rancher grass fed beef. I'd be curious to try well raised pork and see if I still get sick.
