I really wonder how you can care so much about privacy on the one hand and not minding that BTC offers no privacy and fungibility and is going to become a AML/KYC nightmare over time. Serious question.

I also think this… loads of noise about node software, very little on privacy and not specifically Mr Lopp, it’s the whole ‘scene’.
Everybody is afraid to talk about it because BTC looks really bad here, so bad that people would finally wake up and re-think storing their value on a public, transparent ledger where the state knows your BTC addresses and your home address - and after the next exchange data leak - also your local criminals...
