i didnt know enough to know people filter wine. sound character killing.

although, i met a vodka connoisseur who told me if you filter a cheap, plastic bottle vodka through a brita filter 5 times, its hard to distinguish it from some of the best vodkas in the world.

haven’t tried it, but interesting claim.
