Without credible video confirmation, it’s reasonable to question whether Biden indeed currently consents to his campaign termination or not.

And at this point, even when he does appear on video or in person (not just voice) and confirms it , there’s basically no way to ever confirm whether Biden consented to that tweet before it was made, or whether it was made and then he had to adjust in response to it. He doesn’t control his account and lacks any sort of encryption to prove a given message was authorized by him at the time of sending.

It should be noted that Elon Musk could absolutely post from Joe Biden's (or anyone else's) account. And he support Trump.

I'm not saying he ever would do such a thing. He probably would never.

I'm just saying he technically could.

He absolutely does have access to your account, yes.

Tweets are stored in their database. They do have the technical capacity of modifying them.

Again, I don't think they would. There might be (in fact, I think there would be) legal repercussions if they did.

But, from a purely *technical* point of view, they absolutely can.

This isn't a matter of opinion. It is how it is. It absolutely is exactly how it works.
