I've tried Bisq, Robosats, Peach and the LNP2Pbot.
TLDR: make bisq your first choice. Stick to robosats for small amounts, if you don't own a laptop or/and if you prefer to receive your Bitcoin through the LN. Peach and LNP2Pbot are nice but not superior to the previous ones in any way.
Bisq is the kind of P2P exchanges. It requires running the software on a laptop and it has a learning curve, but once you get over it, it just works. It has more liquidity and markets than the other P2P exchanges and you will find both smallish (~100$) and large (~5000$) offers. It's security protocol for the trades is impeccable and the team behind is made by true OGs.
Robosats is nice but not as mature and developed as Bisq. Robosats is nice if you want or need to use the Lightning Network instead of onchain transactions. Trades also happen at a faster pace than the usual Bisq transaction (minutes/hours vs days), so if you are in a hurry it might be a better option. It can also be used in any computer (or smartphone) without installing specific software other than the Tor browser, so if you don't have a computer that you can use privately regularly Robosats might be a better choice.
