We recently bought several bars of soap, including Pine Tar, based on potential skin help. It has been very effective for rosacea! I look forward to trying the other types...

That's fantastic! Pine Tar Tallow is good for a lot of skin ailments. It's been known to relieve eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, dandruff, and hives. Just off top of my head.
Sometimes, the old ways are better.
