For sure. But there's an absolutely astronomical amount of dumb out there and from a self preservation perspective, best to keep that in mind! My favourite today was the chap stopped on a blind hairpin bend chatting to his friend who was cycling by. Admittedly, if comparing to Harris, this guy actually got to the bend, thus demonstrating an ability to drive. So many types of dumb really. Sigh
