We could easily do this if a client added the ability to mute entire Nostr address domains.

You can block the whole bridge via NIP-05, but you could block individual Fediverse servers with NIP-48

This would be the better approach. More granular and wouldn't mute or block people like you that many would still like to follow. Thanks.
