I just ate 4 eggs. Whites and yolks, just how they came out of the shell. I obtained these eggs from walmart. Large eggs were about $1.50 per dozen, so that cost me about 50c.

I fried them in a pan. Had a non-stick finish, not sure what kind. Wasn't anything special, just an 8" pan. Electric stove. Because this house doesn't have natural gas hooked up.

I put lard in the pan. White tub, hispanic food aisle. Manteca. Good stuff. Put a heaping spoonful in.

I broke the yolks. Added pepper. Covered with a lid. Just regular black pepper, from walmart. Flipped them like an omelet, with a plastic spatula. Cheap. Put some shredded cheese on top. Lucerne. On sale right now for $1.29 a bag as Safeway. Mexican blend, rustic cut.

Covered the pan to melt. Then put on a paper plate. Bought in the largest quantity walmart sells. Overpriced.

Dripped the extra lard on top. Washed the pan and spatula in the sink. Water was warm, heated by an electric water heater that I've already replaced the heating elements in once.

Good stuff right there. May not eat anything else today. Drinking lukewarm coffee right now. Made in a keurig, French roast from Victor Allen. 80 pods for $25 at Big Lots. Cheaper than Amazon.

I ate a can of Vienna Sausages earlier while they were frying. Drank the liquid. Savage.

I don't need powders and fancy pans and cutting boards. Eating doesn't have to be difficult. For a good time, re-read most of this note in the voice of Christopher Walken. Or maybe Forrest Gump.

If you were hoping for a picture, too bad. Ate them already.
