So if you take less than 10g of creatine, it doesn’t reach your brain? I just ordered some creatine, but was planning to start with 5g per day to ease into it just in case my body doesn’t like it.

Bulletproof coffee does the trick. Maybe this should be on offer at the cafe?

The cafe should have creatine coffee with a pullup bar so you can blast some pullups after you finish your coffee. 😂
