Why has this "service" still the possibility to track ip through providing relays and doesn't seem concerned about that? This is so far as bad as twitter, and even received a censorship threat when I called Trump a Zionist?? #asknostr

I don't think that's really possible, as relays aren't like central servers. Still, I'd use VPN while here, as I'm doing right now. Get ProtonVPN, it's cheap and offers a good protection, along with a good suite of apps.
