Does the composition of parliament depend on this result? I mean, does the % follow the result for the composition of parliament, or does it work differently?

Yes but with extra math. You'd have to take the winners and calculate their percentage (the ones here still include parties below entry and there will be some invalid votes). But that number is percentage of the parliament. Looks like left-wing parties should have enough to form a government
