I didn't do any research in this area since I'm not black but there surely are some nice places in Africa? And LatAm is also an option.
Also don't you feel miserable during winter in Germany? No sun light, constantly cold feet and terrible food selection.
I've gotten used to it and therefore spring and fall and beautiful and summer is mild. I hate air conditioning, so hot or humid places are unnattractive.
Uganda is one of the best places, TBH, and it's still much worse than Germany.

Besides, the arm of US and German law is global. You can't escape prosecution unless you move to a place that doesn't extradite. And that's some hell holes and Russia.
And living in Russia is definitely the worse than Germany.
Also, Germany is the best possible place to be a convicted criminal.
The food quality in Bavaria is world-class, IMO.
