You'd have to build a dynamic blacklist based on the nip05. I think it's doable at the relay level. I'll try something like that. Watch for kind 0 events, check if nip05 matches mostr.pub, if só, add to blacklist. When receiving any other kind of event, request for the kind 0 of the author of not yet seen.
