Does the state own us, or do we own the state?

In every other Country/Nation of The World, The State is Derived from the people's of that country.

It is a natural rule because it is a fellow citizen ruling over another citizen.

This is not the case in The United States due to clashes of different Nations vying for power, in The case of The United States, it is The State who rules over us, and in such that's why modern politics is so racially motivated, and extremely divisive because different groups of people are fighting for what in their best interest, not for the best of collective en masse.

The United States as it stands today Cannot fundamentally function without a drastic change in human behavior, or a unifying factor of All American Citizens.

Is that unique to the states or does that apply to other democratic / capitalist countries like the UK or perhaps France, Germany Australia for example?

My theory is the function of the state in other countries operates to serve the well being of its citizenry, as every member of That Nation is a relative to Its leaders.

This is not the case in The United States, Multiple Organizations, Interest Groups, Lobbyists, Institutions, & movements clash to wield The Appartus of The State.

In The Case of The United States there is no familial ties to those in charge thus The State has loyalty to The Well being of The Citizen, The Politician only seeks his own benefit.

Incorrect.

The property owners AKA the lawmakers own the people and the land.

The state is derived from the property owners. This was always the case.

No one has any private property rights. We've never had any rights. That is a gigantic theater production. We only have privileges. All privileges can be removed.

The plebs have never owned anything.

If you don't own yourself, you are a slave. A slave only has privileges.

If your person can be taxed, you own nothing. It's as easy as that.

If you own nothing, you can be put in reservations, locked down, injected to death or sucked completely dry.

This is perfectly legal because you have no rights. Only your privileges were removed.

The property owners own the courts and the judges as well. They are slaves too, and they also operate on privileges.

Yes but throughout time for most of history the leaders of a Nation were typically a part of the same ethnic group.

In rare case such as how Joseph ruled over Egypt but Egyptians are a Semitic Group, and Israelites are also Semitic group, however The Pharaoh still ruled over his Nation.

In The Case of The United States an African can rule over an Asian, or a German can rule over an Arab, or an Desi Asian can rule over an indigenous group of The America's.
