Wait wait 💞 Question: are Permissionless and Web 3 not utilized interchangeably? I genuinely dk. Lots of times when I read Web3, it’s positioned as like “this is the open internet.”

To be fair, those projects might have some of those positive attributes but it’s all negated by the shilling of shitcoins as the primary motivation of the developers and investors.
