Morning, hope you're well and apologies as I thought I had already responded: Any investment category carries risk and crypto in my humble opinion is highly speculative and rolling the dice, as I remain of the belief, specifically because I am in the US and interact with others around me, that it is being manipulated by large players operating unchecked by any rules around the world. So they implement pump and dump strategies. I know a number of personal friends in the US who lost a lot of money in the last down-spirals, not to mention that any large government could invent or start their own competitive coin going forward and thereby potentially hijack and crush the bitcoin price. In summary, I don't believe any individual really knows the future of the 'veiled' hidden opportunity coin and it remains for most people investing a 'gamble', as there are still no fundamentals underpinning it and zero oversight. "Red or black"

Please could someone much smarter than me send me a sophisticated response to this - I would like to just let this person understand..

My reply would simply be HFSP but I actually want someone to articulate it better. 🙏

Might be better to explain that government adopt money that people choose, so that they can influence those people. See gold or the dollar being made in the us since the Spanish dollar was so popular in the colonies. If I had more time I would write out a proper response, my bad. Ultimately, the government cannot reproduce the network (the actual people who want and use bitcoin).

If you get some time id highly appreciate it.. but the above makes sense to me but I’ve done the research but also fully aware that I could be completely wrong but I doubt it..
