It's great, actually. I feel like #bitcoin is just used for value exchange here. And the zaps are so small in value that I've just picked fun numbers to zap people with.
I think also because nostr is low-time- preference town. People just taking about everything else now there's an actual saving mechanism.

there is no saving mechanism on any social media except for nostr. If you're on twitter, your "achievements" are on the sole responsibility of twitter which puts a great ✖️ in front of your page ;) so if they decide to delete your account, all your achievements are gone. No single way that you can get them back. With nostr you have the ability to "save your achievements" independently.
Someone please create good analogies for orangepilling, about bitcoin saving compared to banks and twitter saving compared to nostr
