Story: My first experience with using Lightning was during a meetup. I left the meeting with some equipment and a RoninDojo themed seed phrase paper.

That day after, my bank account was locked for 24 hours because of a supposed fraud check. I have a really bad habit of this and it was the 5th time that year. Because of the living situation I had kept no cash.

I ended up using the sats I had left to buy my food that day and the next thanks to buying a voucher from Bitrefill. If you don't feel like you need it, then you just haven't had the moment when you will yet.

awesome story. btw love the new pfp

Thanks! Thought it would have been a waste of editing work to put the GOS logo in front.

How does a privacy OS person not transaction with bitcoin anonymously?! Seriously using a bank to do your bitcoining?

I never said I do such things πŸ˜ƒ

This post is specifically about the first time I've bought goods with them. I don't choose to correlate usage of cryptocurrencies to banks, nor can I (banks block transactions for it). All my funds are sourced from no-KYC or sent to me since the very beginning.

If I am doing something anonymously then... Who knows whats being done? πŸ˜Άβ€πŸŒ«οΈ

Graphene is a privacy OS. Joke is on me for assuming I guess.

Unsure what you mean? πŸ€” I'm saying I've never used KYC services or anything privacy-invasive when involving Bitcoin.

Any good documentation for knowing how to use lightning (and choose the most decentralized way to do it)

All good if not, thanks for sharing your story.
