Parler was oppressed and shut down by the anti free speech companies Google, Amazon and Apple. Then when Parler came back on non AWS servers, Parler investors ousted the CEO John Matze because he didn't want to bend the knee to the the CrApple and Goolagle app stores.

With Matze out of the way, Parler execs were allow to bend over for Google and Apple which got them back on the app stores, complete with ADL inpired anti free speech disclaimers on posts that didn't go along with leftist talking points.

However, the people using Parler didn't like how the new Parler management caved to Big Tech, and to the oppressive ADL, so everyone left Parler. Most of those people ended up on Telegram and Gab Social.

Parler was bought out by some random company a few months ago and shut down.
