Not really that difficult. But also, no one seems to care enough to help them build it. So... in practice, no one offers it. Lots of open-source projects are like that.

I was asked about this yesterday multiple times by new joiners. I never cared about it. But I’m guessing more serious Twitter users are used to it, so they noticed right away.
