Enjoying some great coffee this morning. I've changed up my daily routine the last couple years and it has done wonders for my health and mental well-being. Bulletproof style coffee in the morning and no food till lunch. It's called a 16/8 fast. I was pre-diabetic, but I've been able to get my sugar under control without any medication.

Life is great!

16/8 fasting is amazing! I used to do it until I started having an inconsistent schedule. Whenever I can get out of the manual slave labor and just be alive, I’m going back to it. Until then I just eat when I’m hungry again.

But I made the decision to switch to grass fed items and stop the processed stuff like bacon. I also switched to strictly butter, olive oil, avocado oil or coconut oil. It’s hard because seed oils are in EVERYTHING! Did you know that canola oil was actually invented to lubricate machines. That fact is what started my health journey.

100% I'm with you. I just did a hike with some friends, it's was a 7 hour hike in mountains. 3 years ago it would have left me in serious pain, now, very mild discomfort the following day. I was so amazed.
