It's been a few days... here's what happens with me and social media: I make a content plan, create all my content pieces, schedule 'em, post 'em, crush it for a week and a half - then comes burnout and falling off the face of the internet. Cue anxiety and depression for a week. Then I take a week to talk myself back into engaging online again. So begins the cycle... hey, hi 🙄
