Just met a neighbor. -11°C outside, he's scratching his windshield. Car not running.

I was asking "why aren't you running the car to heat it up while scratching"

He replied: "because it's not allowed"

Sad state of obedience in Germany.

If you don't even "rebel" with such simple things... How can you ever become ungovernable?!
