It's a sundog.

"Sundogs are colored spots of light that develop due to the refraction of light through ice crystals. They are located approximately 22 degrees either left, right, or both, from the sun, depending on where the ice crystals are present." - internet

I prefer to think of them as sky titties.

At your elevation. The ice crystals are much higher in the atmosphere where it's a lot chillier.

It also does look like a Dzogchen symbol.

Which is interesting since they do spend a lot of time looking into the sky and contemplating space.

It’s a circular rainbow around it, can’t really see it in the photo 👌
