Under no circumstance should you ever join an HOA or covenance of any kind.

Currently dealing with a situation (family member) who is dealing with massive issues.

Its to the point where one neighbor is flying his drone onto others property to take then send pictures to the county when all required permits have been filed.

These are 10 acre+ lots FWIW

Because the neighbors only found out when the county awared them that a neighbor had flown a drone over their house and taken pictures.

I recommended restraining order should be filed bare minimum
