I think Primal does this with feeds, not sure if they list all the 2nd degree separations somewhere or not

Should be fairly straightforward; want me to add it? When you say “refine” you mean unfollow some of the ppl you currently follow or follow some of their follows?

Yep. We need tools to manage who should be included and who shouldn't.
