Did you register through Snort.social? Users have issues getting passwords through that integration sometimes. Either way, if you create a support ticket on nostrplebs.com and provide us with a screenshot of your Lightning invoice for proof of purchase, I can reset your password for you. 😉
Then you can manage your ID and all of the other settings at nostrplebs.com/manage
