Looking at Iris vs Snort. My question is if I use my same keys as I set up in Alby, can I jump to Iris and all my snort "content" wallet.... follows me to Iris?

My content follows between amethyst, snort, and damus. Sometimes it is slow to sync but it does. I would think iris would as well.

It is somewhat dependent on the relays, but in general, yes. One thing I've heard, but not yet experienced, is that you shouldn't follow people (add them to your follow list) on multiple clients at a time, because follow lists are universal, and if your list on client A hasn't recieved the update from client B where you followed someone new, your list will lose that update when you follow someone on client B.
