Yes .. it was part of the proposal but seems like they are settled on Gold .. I recall Saylor visited Brazil some time back but I may be connecting unrelated dots ..

My hope is , Modi ( India ) being in the mix , there is a bleak chance for sanity to prevail but ..

Btw - Balaji Srinivas was in India for quite sometime .. may be something is cooking besides letting coinbase restart their shop in India ..
