Is there a better private open source note taking app than standard notes? Is there a nostr approved decentralized project? What do Nostr users use for journaling, note taking etc ? #asknostr Thanks

I use the most basic text editor possible with find and replace

on Android it's this one f-droid.org/packages/org.billthefarmer.editor/

Thanks - are you easily able to search through collections of these text notes ? Definitely feel less is more with some features

I usually keep notes on one topic in one big file for that purpose

But they're plaintext files so a computer might be able to search them all at once if you transfer them to the computer

Collections for me would just be file folders
