Been pondering on this idea today...

Over the past 30 years we have been exponentially more and more glued to our screens (TV, Computers and Phones).

For either:

1) Work

or

2) Recreation

Let's look at #2, Recreation... People are either playing games, watching shows on Netflix or using social media.

It's a cheap way to spend your time. Some may say this is 'fun'.

I expect this trend to continue until a certain class of people are fully immersed in the digital realm since operating in the physical realm too costly for them.

Don't be shocked if governments start to include a machine that lets you plug into a very life like simulation as part of the #CPI basket.
