Ideally don’t sell to fiat, use it to buy goods and services.

The way things are, it's easier to buy goods and services in fiat.

For sure, but hopefully over time loans will be more available and merchants and tradespeople will be more inclined to accept. Slowly slowly.

I imagine it's hard for merchants to adopt with all the problems bitcoin has.
