Is there ever a situation where you feel deportation is Ok?

After due process of law has determined it to be okay.
And that would include for people who are already known to be illegally in the country, and also for people known to be both illegally in the country and also violent gang members?
Lets assume you say yes, what if there are 1,000,000 illegal immigrants, how are the courts supposed to get through all that due process?
