random fun fact:
1. nostr is a protocol, and you can interact it with multiple clients ( i am using nostrmo on android)
2. it is censorship resistant, as it uses redundant relay setup (unlike mastodon which rely on singular instances).
3. it is a technical web5.0, with in protocol payment support via lightning network.
4. you can always interact with your friends on mastodon (just add wss://mostr.pub) into your relay list.

Couple of things:
First, it looks like you posted your welcome message in your bio. You probably didn’t mean to do that, so you might want to fix that in your profile.
Second, while you’re editing your profile, it helps to get the full #nostr experience by adding a Lightning Address to allow others to #zap you small amounts of bitcoin denominated in satoshis.
The fastest way to get up and running is to download nostr:npub1hcwcj72tlyk7thtyc8nq763vwrq5p2avnyeyrrlwxrzuvdl7j3usj4h9rq from the App Store. Then grab the address you get in the Receive page and stick it in your bio. That’s it, you’re all set.

Yep, LightningTipBot is great. I’ve used it for a long time.
However, as most people here will remind you, a custodial wallet shouldn’t be trusted for anything substantial. You need them for zapping, but you should look into other wallets that let you hold your own keys (self-custody). The beauty of the Lightning Network is that it’s fast and inexpensive to use, so sending your balances from a custodial wallet to your own self-custodial wallet is very easy.
