These things are brutal.

I googled, we have angrešt as gooseberry, but it looks differently. I've never seen other than yellow. But yup, it's like needles.

There are many different types. I planted two more varieties trying to create a natural fence with them.

How does it work? I was thinking about something similar for our future lot. Thorns are good, for example under low windows, and edible thorns are even better.

My plan is to just try to get a thick layer on the edge of our property. Will hopefully keep it deer and people.

That will be so cool! Cant wait to start permaculture on my land. Just got to get a house on it first
