You’re right, that was not a constructive comment. It was rather mean and nasty. Here is a constructive comment. No one should be taking any health or diet advice from Marty Bent, or any bitcoiner for that matter, unless that happens to also be their day job. I’ll take my advice from people that look and perform the way I want (reputable athletes and coaches I trust)) or doctors that know the health implications. Don’t get your advice from conspiracy theorists.
