I’ve finally bit the bullet and lived my first day on a Carnivore Standard.

500g of beef skirt for breakfast, 500g of 25% fat mince beef for dinner, salt, water, that’s it.

I feel good, already i feel more energised and focused, maybe it’s psychosomatic, but it seems real enough and that’s enough for me. At some point last year I had the realisation that I always felt better after eating lots of beef.

I’ve struggled for years waking up sluggish, feeling bloated and hungry at the same time and the feeling lethargic all day.

It all started after getting two Covid jabs in 2020, i was naive. Recently I went through all the notes on my phone from the last 7 years and sorted through them. I found a note saying “i feel nautious and bloated constantly since getting the jabs, and my piss is yellow, I can’t seem to drink enough water and i feel exhausted no matter how much I sleep”

Things have been this way so long now that I totally forgot when I first felt this way and i assumed it was just a result of leaving my 20’s. But reading that note woke me up to the realisation that this isn’t right and I needed to make a change.

I plan to make regular posts to document my journey.

I thought I’d start strict and as I expand my knowledge and reflect on my experience I can adjust accordingly if necessary.
