I just spent £96 on a week and half worth of meat and fruits😭
Yeah, it sucks.
But I would rather not pay for an even more expensive dr or have to buy new clothes because I’m gaining weight from all of the bad foods or pay for more skin care products because my skin is reacting to all of the bad foods.
Yeh 100% health is always number 1 priority, but imagine everyone wanted to be healthy and they made healthy foods at scale then everyone would be winning! The world is in a sad place right now
