The average DNA test takes about 2 days up to 12 weeks to process.
Unless they processed one ahead of time I highly doubt that is her actual results.
Most Americans have ancestors of German descent, so while it's possible she might have Jewish ancestors, as most humans do like Adam, and Eve, and Noah, I highly doubt she was raised being aware of her ethnic background, and we also don't know her Religious affiliation.
