As a gen Z’er I can tell you all those negative attributes you just listed are exactly what me and my peers have seen at the forefront of society for our entire lives presented as normality.

The stupid dad in family shows, children smarter than parents. I can’t name one healthy monogamous relationship between famous people we were taught to idolize. Kardashians, jersey shore… We are literally taught that human beings have to be a scourge on the planet in order to live comfortable lives here & our kids will live in a flooded climate refugee filled world where we work 70 hours a week at a corporate or government job for $100 profit at the end of the month
