Here are seven steps that help you bring that choice to life:

1/ Practice Gratitude:

Start each day by listing three things you’re grateful for. This helps you focus on the good in your life.

2/ Reframe Negative Thoughts:

When you catch yourself thinking negatively, try to reframe those thoughts into something more positive or constructive.

3/ Surround Yourself with Positivity:

Spend time with positive people who uplift and inspire you. Their energy can be contagious.

4/ Engage in Positive Self-Talk:

Replace self-criticism with affirmations and encouraging words. Be your own cheerleader.

5/ Reflect and Journal:

Taking time to reflect on your experiences and writing them down can help reveal patterns in your thinking and feeling that help you understand yourself better.

6/ Seek New Experiences:

Trying new things can provide fresh perspectives and help you see the world in different ways.

7/ Help Others:

Acts of kindness and helping others can boost your mood and provide a sense of purpose.

Remember: the way we perceive a challenge is a choice we make. And it is on us to be self-aware enough to understand when our choices from the past don't do us any good. Make the choice to shift!
