$MSTR is going to break the stock market.

They are going to sell a new sock $STRK which is an IPO that pays an 8% dividend which they will fund by selling MSTR stock

then they use the proceeds of $STRK stock sales which trade at a 1000x premium to $MSTR to buy bitcoin for microstrategy

who would buy this crazy $STRK stock? all the dumb preferred stock funds and ETFs (blackrock and vanguard) that want bitcoin and can't get it.

I might be off here a bit, but think it’s convertable at $1000, making in a roughly 3x premium to current share price.

yea mistype. it is a 1 to 10 ratio at $1000 so each share of strk gets converted to 1/10 a share of mstr
