Great question. Short answer: Binance. As a Salvadoran I have to pay that in order to get Bitcoin. We don’t have solutions like nostr:npub1cashappn03s3cl2ljsdntv0v28e2um5lgx4vjctqjt23pcwzjhsqmtdg5l or related to buy bitcoin without crazy fees.

It’s worse for me. Well, and I don’t trust so much coinbase. If I had to choose, I would pick Binance.

Robosats.. you can create an order and tell them you only want to pay a 3% premium or 5% or whatever
