Incorrect.

The layers of government bureaucracy and taxation factored into building one house is insane. And the zoning laws are designed to make things more expensive to get more tax.

Fox the money, remove the bureaucracy, and I could build you an offgrid house for 10k tops.

Something is off. It's understandable why San Francisco is expensive, but why not control land prices on East bay?

Oh well if you are talking about the San Fran Bay Area, that is target #1 for Alex Soros and the globalists.

They have been intentionally collapsing it in order to buy it up and turn it into a smart city.

36% of commercial real estate is empty in San Fran area. It comes die in two years. When that happens, the whole things goes boom.
