I’m definitely enjoying it. It’s not been bad yet. From time to time, I’ll see something sweet and think, that would be good. But then I remember the plan and move away. Still no headache as of yet (day 3) also no wild rides on the porcelain pilot seat. 😂 Scared I’m not doing something right, but still no sweets, only water, black coffee, steak, boneless grilled chicken thighs, eggs, bacon, one piece of cheese, and some fried pork skins. That’s all I’ve had since I started on Monday morning.

Gonna have steak and eggs for dinner tonight even though I’m really not hungry. That’s the wildest part, not being hungry.

The porcelain thing was outrageous for me for a month. All good now tho

I do not miss the insatiable desire for sugar for sure

Seems like you are doing well

From what I understand if your porcelain visits are good then protein to fat ratio is on point
