I get your criticism of Bitcoin and the offchain garbage and nut stuff. However, we have no idea about gold, it isn't even being used as a monetary asset and we have no idea about how decentralised it is because it's not verifiable. Do we also know how much is tungsten?

Bitcoin is currently the most decentralised and this is on chain verifiable.
